SBWIS is hosting an event in Janesville for our members and we can’t wait to see you! Our plan is to host our spina bifida members (any age), along with their immediate family members for lunch (purchased from the venue) and Valentine’s Day crafts and activities, including cookie frosting.

For this event, SBWIS will pay for lunch for the person with spina bifida and immediate family members (siblings, parents, grandparents). Lunch choices are below in the registration form.

RSVP is required by midnight on Sunday, Feb 5th. On Feb 6th you will receive an email confirming your attendance with any additional event details. The venue has plenty of parking and a private room for our group.
